A company built to serve a mission needs a document it can be held to. This is it. Written by the founder, specific enough that someone could check it against reality in ten years.

The seven parts
Preamble. Why a one-person company writes itself a constitution, and who it's for.
I, What I believe. The convictions everything rests on: that the gap is access, not talent; that Dominican kids can build at a global bar.
II, The mission, made concrete. The number of kids, by when, and what "building with AI" actually means. What the 60/40 split governs.
III, The theory of change. How a dollar earned becomes a kid building. Why a social enterprise and not a charity or a pure company.
IV, What we build. The three legs as the three points of one cemí, each ending on the mission, not the market.
V, What we will and won't do. The lines we won't cross even when it would pay. Heritage handled with respect; kids' dignity first.
VI, Ten years from now. A concrete scene: a specific kid, a specific batey, a specific thing that exists because Taíno Labs did.
VII, The 60/40, enforced. How the split is proven and published every year, so a future, more-tired founder stays honest.
Ancestral hands, artificial tools. The AI was always in the name.
